Version 1.0 · Effective 4 November 2026 · Last updated 6 November 2026
CKP is for staff of the organization only. Access is granted through your organizational account. Do not share your access or let anyone else use a signed-in device.
You sign in with organizational single sign-on (Microsoft Entra ID with MFA). CKP never creates accounts or stores passwords. Name, department and job title come from your organization's identity and cannot be edited in CKP.
Content moves Draft → Clinical Approval → Published. Only Published content is shown as approved guidance. Check the approval status and review date on every item before you rely on it, and report anything that looks out of date.
Each item has a stable link and may have a printed QR code. A link or code always opens the current approved version. A code taken out of use opens a notice instead of the item. Do not print or post codes outside the places your team approved.
The phone app may keep favorites and approved guidance on your device so you can read it offline. Offline copies can fall behind the current version; the app shows when a copy was last updated. Copies are cleared when you sign out or the device is removed.
When you ask a question, CKP finds approved guidance and may summarize it with citations. A summary is a starting point, not an answer: open the cited source before you act. Never enter patient names, record numbers or other identifiers into a question.
Use feedback to report errors, gaps or outdated content. Do not include protected health information (PHI) such as patient names, dates of birth or record numbers. Feedback containing PHI is removed.
CKP records who opened, searched and changed what, and when, to protect patients and staff. Audit events cannot be edited and are kept for the period your organization's compliance policy sets. Idle sessions end automatically.
Do not use CKP to store or transmit patient records, to share content outside the organization without permission, to bypass sign-in or access controls, to scrape or bulk-export content, or to test the system's security without authorization.
Access ends when you leave the organization or your role no longer needs it. The organization may suspend access while it investigates a suspected breach of these terms or of its policies.
We may update these terms. The version and effective date at the top of this page change when we do, and material changes are announced in CKP before they take effect.
