Type a condition, drug, procedure or document title in the search box at the top of every screen. Results show only the current Active version unless you choose "Include expired / superseded".
• Filter by Department, Content type, Audience and Status.
• Scanned PDFs are searchable — their text is read with OCR when they are added.
• Each section is labelled Extracted, AI-generated or Human-edited, so you know where its words came from.
• QR codes on posters open the current approved version. An old link shows a "No longer current" notice with a link to the latest.
Select the star on any item to add it to Favorites. Your favorites follow you to every device you sign in on.
• On iOS and Android, each favorite is downloaded so you can read it without a connection.
• When a newer approved version is published, the favorite is marked "Newer version available". Open it while online to download the update.
• An offline copy shows the date it was saved. Check for a newer version before relying on it.
Every document has a "Report an issue" button. Use it when content is outdated, unclear, conflicts with another document, or has a broken link. Your report goes to that document's Content Owner, and you can follow it under My reports.
Content moves through these stages before and after it is published. Only Active content appears in search by default.
Own-and-approve: when a Content Owner is also the clinical approver for their own content, the approval is flagged "Own-and-approve" on the version so governance can see it.
